If we decrease permeability, we greatly enhance durability. We use specially designed, powered sprayers that aerosolizes the nano sized colloidal silica particles that disrupts the surface tension of the liquid, allowing it to penetrate deeply into the concrete, rather than sitting on the surface.

The products we use do one thing:
Fill concrete capillaries and pores or in other words, it is not a surface treatment, it goes deeply into the concrete to truly protect it and increase it's life.
