Bob Banka has been in the ready-mixed concrete industry since 1982. He has owned ready-mixed concrete plants, concrete construction companies and been a consultant to the industry since 1998.

Having used these products in his consulting business for the past few years, Bob saw a need for concrete sealing done with better products than others were offering. He had 16 companies come his own house and quote powerwashing and sealing his driveway. Not a single person was a concreter. He is building OCS to help businesses and homeowners to not only properly cure and seal concrete but to make it better. With new cements in the market and the using up of quality sand and stone, concrete is not as good as it was 20 or 30 years ago.
